Do you build my website for me, or do I build it myself?

You build it yourself using the AI Website Builder. Our role is to provide the hosting, the AI Builder access, support for any technical hosting issues, and to make sure your site stays online. We do not design, write, or maintain the content of your website for you. The good news is the AI Builder is designed for non-technical users, so you can build a professional site without a developer. If you would prefer to have a website built for you, we can recommend a partner agency.
Is the AI Website Builder really included at no extra cost?

Yes, completely. The AI Website Builder (Sitejet) is built directly into your cPanel hosting account on both AI Starter and AI Pro plans. There is no separate subscription, no licence fee, and no upgrade required to access the 140+ templates, AI content generation, image library, or e-commerce features. You pay one monthly fee for hosting and the builder is included.
Can I switch from AI Starter to AI Pro later?

Yes, easily. You can upgrade from AI Starter to AI Pro at any time through your client area. Your website, email accounts, files, and settings transfer across automatically with no rebuilding and no migration. We prorate the difference so you only pay for the upgrade for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Can I use my own domain, or do I have to register a new one with you?

You can use any domain you like. If you already own a domain (with us or with another registrar), you can connect it to your AI Website Builder hosting in a few minutes. If you do not have a domain yet, annual plans include free .co.za domain registration, or you can register one through us at standard rates. The AI Builder works the same way regardless of where the domain came from.
Can I move from the AI Builder to WordPress later if I outgrow it?

Yes. Both AI Starter and AI Pro run on cPanel, which means you can install WordPress alongside the AI Builder, or replace it entirely, at any time. If you want to migrate fully to a WordPress-tuned plan, our support team can help move your hosting account and assist with the technical setup. You are not locked into the AI Builder.
Do I need to know anything about SEO or coding to use it?

No coding or SEO knowledge is required.
